Refund policy

At JingWell, each herbal formula is custom-made to suit your unique health needs. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on herbal formulas once they have been prepared or shipped.


However, your satisfaction and well-being are important to us. If there is an issue with your order — such as damaged packaging, incorrect formula, or a shipping problem — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your herbs. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo if applicable

 


We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.


Note: Herbal formulas cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations, and because each one is made specifically for the individual’s needs at the time of consult.
