Welcome to JingWell. By booking a consultation, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Consultation Services

  • JingWell provides 15-minute online consultations to assess your current health and develop a custom Chinese herbal formula
  • Consultations are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
  • You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

 

2.

Custom Herbal Formulas

  • Formulas are personalized based on your condition and symptoms at the time of consultation.
  • JingWell does not guarantee results. Individual responses vary.
  • You are responsible for informing us of allergies or medications you are taking.

 

3.

Reorders

  • After your initial order, you’ll receive an email to assess whether a refill is appropriate.
  • Reorders may be modified based on your updated form responses.

 

4.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in AUD and subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • Shopify Payments processes transactions securely.

 

5.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within Australia. Delivery times may vary.
  • JingWell is not responsible for shipping delays or loss caused by postal services.

 

6.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are not provided unless there is a fault or error on our part.

 

7.

Limitation of Liability

  • JingWell is not liable for any adverse effects from the use of herbal remedies.
  • If I experience a severe reaction or feel unwell, I will stop taking the herbs and contact a healthcare professional or call Healthdirect Australia on 1800 022 222 (24/7 health advice).
  • Always consult your medical practitioner before starting any new treatment.
