Oriental Botanicals Anxiolift features KSM-66®, a highly concentrated extract of ashwagandha (also called withania) to enhance the body's stress adaptation and relieve stress and mild anxiety symptoms.

Also contains polygala, which is traditionally used to calm the mind and spirit, plus relieve restlessness, irritability and symptoms of mild anxiety in Chinese medicine.

Plus, citrus peel, traditionally taken in Chinese medicine to regulate qi (life force energy) to relieve abdominal bloating and feelings of fullness, nausea and burping.

Also contains an extract of holy basil (tulsi) called OciBest® plus the Chinese herbs magnolia bark and poria mushroom.
