This is our family's go to for those change of season bugs - Wind Invasion, if I don't have one ready in the pantry when the first signs of a wind attack arrive, (such as a dry or scratchy throat, nasal congestion, achy neck and lower back) the folks aren't happy with me, as this formula can lesson or prevent the symptoms and progression of a wind invasion, and assist with a speedy recovery.

Directions of use
Stir to dissolve 1 teaspoon in 1/4 cup of boiling water, wait or add some cool water and drink to warm away from food (it has a bitter tase, just get it down ; ))
4x/ day initially, then 2-3x/day, finishing on once/day.

From the first sign of a wind attack - scratchy or inflamed back of the throat, nasal congestion or post nasal drip, achy neck and lower back, chills/ fever, take it up to 4x/day initially to strengthen your Qi and push out the pathogen, then decrease to 2-3x/ day, finishing off with a daily dose to bring your body's energy and defences back up.
Best in conjunction with our immune boosting elements - Vitamin C,D and Zinc.
Keep yourself warm and cosy with a scarf and socks, rub a warming liniment such as Tiger Balm on the soles of your feet and back of your neck, eat soups and drink ginger tea.
Take time out to rest, you need it, you deserve it, it's a surrender and let go growth opportunity, don't miss out.
Give thanks to your body for having enough energy to mount such a forceful response to an incoming attack by pushing it out with all it has - heat, sweat, snot and all.
