It should taste yummy for most of us, so add one teaspoon to a cup of boiling water, stir it in and enjoy with a blanky on the couch : )

Notes
My son loves this formula, he asks for it at the end of a cold or viral infection in winter, to warm up and sweat out the last of it.. mostly he likes the taste, much better than the Jade Wind which is best used and the one he takes when he feels the first signs of a wind invasion and for the first few days when symptoms are present.
For the chilly ones of us, this is a beautiful blend in to boost our Wei Qi ready for winter, to warm up in winter and to recover from a wind cold attack or winter virus.
